Hi PASG Members:
This is important news about the acceptance of the concept of parental alienation in courts in the U.S. There is a company called Online Parenting Programs, which provides education for parents who are getting divorced. Many states require divorcing parents to take a course (which usually is 4 to 8 hours of classroom time) in how to communicate and raise the children in a cooperative manner.
Online Parenting Programs has devised an online method of presenting the class material. Their program has been adopted by about 500 counties in the U.S., and they clearly intend to increase its use in both the U.S. and Canada. You can get information about Online Parenting Programs at:
http://www.onlineparentingprograms.com
The news is that Online Parenting Programs has included a section on parental alienation in their curriculum.
Here is a hyperlink to the press release in which they announced that addition to their program:

This is an important event because it helps to show that the concept of parental alienation is “generally accepted” by the professional community, which is sometimes a requirement for introducing a topic or a concept in court testimony.
The accomplishment was brought about by Joe Goldberg, a member of PASG! If you want additional information about this program you can contact Joe at PASconsultant@aol.com.
Best wishes,
